Clarification on admissibility of Rule 38 Transfers to the cadre of ASPs

It was clarified vide Postal Directorate order dated 23.09.2015 that the cadre of Asst Supdt Posts will not come under the purview of the provisions of transfer under Rule 38 of Postal Manual Volume IV.
