Postal Directorate, vide its OM dated 18.08.2015, has prescribed some parameters to be followed for creation of Biller IDs under ePayment for collection of various bills,fees etc.
Presently Biller IDs for the organizations entering into tie-up with the postal Department is created irrespective of any fixed criteria for providing business.
Keeping in view of the low business provided by certain Billers, certain criteria/parameters have now been prescribed according to the level of the Billers so as to get effective outcome from the business.
