It was learnt that the Curative Petition filed by the Government has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme court on 30.04.2014 against the SLP rejected by the APEX court on 29.04.2013, regarding grant of modified parity to Pre 2006 pensioners from 01.01.2006.
