Ravi Shankar Prasad: Communications and Information Technology & Law and Justice
He was the Deputy Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha. A senior
Supreme Court advocate, Mr. Prasad held the portfolios of Minister of
State in the Ministry of Coal and Mines, Ministry of Law and Justice,
and the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in the Atal Bihari
Vajpayee government. He was thrice elected to the Upper House.
