The Postal Directorate vide its OM no 4-9/2011-SPG dated 29.03.2012 has announced new Transfer policy for Indian Postal Services Group A Officers up to HAG Level. In the new policy, Grouping of circles into clusters and classification of cities into A, B & C has been deleted.
